magnifique vue

l'endroit est magnifique , cette vue splendide mais quelques désagréments pour l'appartement.déjà effectivement comme signalé pas facile à trouver , le GPS ne vous y emmène pas du tout!Le logement était envahi de fourmis...Le canapé lit est vraiment inconfortable , et oui pas de rideaux dan le salon mais je l'avais vu dans les commentaires.Manque de matériel dommage pas de bols , pas d'éponge, que deux transats la guerre quand on est plus !Et dernier point à savoir la piscine partagée est dans le jardin des voisins en fait donc pas simple d'y aller si ils sont sur leur terrasse ..on a pas pu en profiter.

Vue de rêve mais logement sale

Point positif : la vue qui est à couper le souffle mais également la piscine ( partagé ) qui est très agréable et emplacement plutôt calme, un coffret d’arriver avec vin gâteau petit déjeuner . Point négatif: malgré les explications envoyées avant c’est vraiment très compliqué de trouver le logement … Pour les prochains depuis Menaggio il faut rouler environ 10 minutes , quand sur votre droite vous aurez des glissières de sécurité marron ralentissez vous êtes presque arriver! Nous avions réservé le logement pour 3 avec donc un enfant sur un canapé lit jusque là ok mais aucun rideau ou volet dans le séjour avec un levé du soleil à 6h20 … Nous avons décidé de prendre le matelas et de le faire dormir avec nous nous avons donc bougé les meubles afin d’avoir de la place pour tous le monde mais la … préservatif usagé vieux mouchoir et bien sûr énormément de poussière … C’est quand même très moyen! La literie est catastrophique matelas à ressort en fin de vie et vieux oreiller. Les serviettes de toilettes déchiré. Maintenant le canapé avec des coussins qui on vu passer beaucoup de tête mais pas beaucoup la machine à laver .. matelas d’extérieur dans le même état . Un seul verre à vin, des assiettes ébréchés, équipement sale également !! 490€ pour deux nuits pour un logement qui a du vécu , c’est chère , un peu trop ! Ou alors il faudrait remettre le logement en normes actuelles pour des prix aussi haut !

Views amazing. Management/accommodations lacking.

The photos and listed accommodations were much better than reality. There was no WiFi or internet service for 2 of our 3 days. The back patio door was broken making it hard to access the patio and views. I understand it’s spring however the flowers around all the doors and windows were FULL of bees and of course a mosquito problem so hard to leave windows open (no screens available which I understand would take away from the views) but caused lack of air flow. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. Quite embarrassing. Directions for getting to the property was terrible and made quite difficult. Hopefully you’re arriving during the day. They did not heat the pool so unless you’re into a freezing pool don’t plan to use it. Bring your own laundry detergent. Apparently not provided with the washer. The unit didn’t have a number so we had to try the key on 9 doors till we found ours. Advertised as heated floor tiles. No such thing at the property. But yes I’d stay here again

Mooi appartement met een geweldig uitzicht over Comomeer

Mooi appartement met 1 slaapkamer en in combinatie met slaapbank in de woonkamer en kleine keuken te doen met gezin. Super uitzicht vanuit terras over Comomeer vanuit hoger gelegen locatie. Ook ligging/uitzicht zwembad net zo mooi. Zwembad op 100m is gedeeld met enkele appartementen. Ter verbetering: Ligbedjes op appartement terras vervangen (kapot). Afvalscheiding voorzieningen zijn er niet em onduidelijk

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung

das Objekt ist insgesamt gut. allerdings waren bei Ankunft die Liegen auf der Terrasse kaputt. Ebenfalls die Lampe über dem Badezimmerspiegel. Als Verbesserung wäre ein Staubsauger und ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse zu empfehlen

Wundervolle Aussicht und abgeschiedene Lage

Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist wundervoll. Ameisen haben sich hier etwas breit gemacht, aber die Wohnung selbst war ameisenfrei. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Agentur hatte ein kleines Willkommenspaket platziert. Das Ortszentrum von Menaggio ist nicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool ist erfrischend, wird wenig gechlort und von anderen Bewohnern/Mietern mitgenutzt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
