Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「This hotel was a literal gem of a find! Nestled in the hill above Lake Como a 8-9 minute taxi ride! Beautiful, magnificent views, clean and sparkling from top to bottom! The staff are a family and they are all just lovely and could not be more helpful! The rooms are not luxurious but clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful nights rest. Our patio had furniture with an amazing view of the lake and villages as well as the Italian Alps. Dinner on the terrace was delicious...

「Elena was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. One guest in our party was disappointed with the small TV in the room. The pool was nice. Overall a good stay. The only issue we experienced was that it was challenging to get taxis and Ubers, even with the hotel staff calling for us. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey due to cancelled or inaccessible rides.」
