“Door to bathroom didn't close, ran into jamb, building must have shifted? Sliding windows from hallway into room don't lock so no effective way to secure your room. Sewage smell in room, but this seems to be a commonality in Marrakech as all shower drains have a drain that can be opened and closed with a foot touch to open it while you are showering and close it when done to keep drain smells from leaking in. It was close to airport, which is why we chose it. Shuttle to airport was $150 MD……

“The facility was very well maintained. Our room had a solarium, and we had breakfast every morning in there. The only complaint was that for vegetarians they struggled to understand about proteins. They stated we would get a vegetable tangine with lentils, but instead ended up with just a tangine of beans. This was disappointing.”

“Very close to a large shopping mall”

“This was our second stay in this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. From check-in till check-out the stay was very nice. A special thanks to Meryem from housekeeping, and Meryem from the restaurant. They did their very best to make us and the kids feel at home. And a special thanks to Mohammed and his friends at the breakfast. The guys are very helpful and respectful. See you next time”

“Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water. However great location to both old and new town.”

“very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. ”

I couldn't asked for a better place to stay. Mohammed Bqchir, IMAD, Aisha, Jaouad. Thanks once again. property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice. Breakfast a bit for everyone. Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony.……

“The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary. ”
