The charming town of Mendocino boasts amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions for all kinds of people. Outdoor enthusiasts will love kayaking and canoeing Big River. Discover Mendocino Headlands State Park, Russian Gulch State Park (hiking and beautiful waterfalls), Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, Emerald Dolphin Mini Golf & Arcade, Pomo Bluffs Park, Ford House Museum, Jug Handle State Natural Reserve, Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park, and Fort Bragg.

This coastal gem enjoys an inviting living room where you can spread out comfortably after a fantastic day exploring Mendocino. Kick your feet up and relax as you stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV or play games. A family room attached to the main living room provides you with a private place to unwind and enjoy a meaningful conversation while the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace keeps you nice and toasty during the winter months. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, central AC, and a wet bar in one of the bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
