Outdoor enthusiasts will love kayaking and canoeing Big River. Discover Mendocino Headlands State Park, Russian Gulch State Park (hiking and beautiful waterfalls), Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, Emerald Dolphin Mini Golf & Arcade, Pomo Bluffs Park, Ford House Museum, Jug Handle State Natural Reserve, Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park, and Fort Bragg.

The property features two separate two-level homes, each with its own amazing amenities to make your stay easy. The first home enjoys an inviting living room where you can spread out comfortably after a fantastic day exploring Mendocino. Kick your feet up and relax as you stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV or play games. A family room attached to the main living room provides you with a private place to unwind. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, central AC, and a wet bar in one of the bedrooms.

The other retreat features a lofted open floor plan upstairs where you can spread out comfortably after a memorable day exploring everything Mendocino has to offer. Wind down in the living area featuring inviting sofas and a smart TV with streaming services. The adjoining kitchen is appointed with all stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to whip up exquisite homemade meals and treats. Additional perks include a private balcony, free recently upgraded Starlink WiFi, and views of Big River.

We have updated our policy to allow pets! Pets are welcome but must weigh under 30lbs. Please note, that pets are not allowed in the main house. Thank you for your understanding!
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
