Ready to move-in and enjoy one of the world's best cities for climate, sunshine, outdoor sports, tours and excellent wines. Secure, inside underground parking garage, plus extra storage space for bikes, motorcycles, boat, trailer, extra car, etc. Great location, in front of the Mendoza Tennis Club with gym and Olympic pool. Great location!

Great location, a quick walk to restaurants and shops and plenty of plates/glasses/cookware for 2. Only problem was heating. Living room unit didnt work so there was a space heater we left in the luvung room. After the 2nd night the bedroomheater would only blow cold air so we were left with 1 space heater that we moved around depending upon where we were.

The good . Excellent location with access to park and nearby bars etc plus air conditioning. Not very expensive. The bad. Tired and dated in virtually every respect. Only heard from property manager via we chat . Patio not clean , bathroom door needs cleaning , pillows need some upgrading plus futon cover. only used wine glasses as we are out all 5 nights

The unit is fully equipped, very nice and cozy, with everything you need to cook, relax and feel at home, AC units in all rooms. The location is excellent, walking distance to great night life, bars and restaurants. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist you. Tennis club across the road is a bonus complete with a pool and gym.

The best location in Mendoza

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, the internet worked great and allowed my husband to work remotely without issues. The location across form the park and within walking distance to bars and restaurants is unbeatable. There were some fixings that had to be done at the beginning of our stay and the property manager took care of those. Communication with him was fluent and efficient. The apartment itself is in good conditions but the laundry situation was a bit complicated because the building has only 2 washing machines and sometimes they break. The area is pretty safe. We would surely return to this property. Thank you Jerry and Leandro!
