「We booked a room for my wife, our teenage son and I. But When we arrived late in the evening we discovered that we only got two beds. So I had to call for them to get another bed.
They were very quick to fix this. However, they forgot to add pillow and a blanket. I called them the follwing day, but we did not get blanket nor pillow. Only linens came. So it must have been some miscommunication, probably on my behalf. Also, there were no coat hangers in our room and nothing to hang our clothes...

「Keys were not in the lock box when I arrived to check in. Customer phone number was not answered; I had to call their shuttle service number, which they answered promptly to speak with someone to resolve the missing keys problem.」

「No luxury here. One electric socket for a/c. No bedside lamp. Promised shuttle. No possibility and had to find my own taxi there and back to airport. Fridge not cooling properly. Unlikely to be back!」
