「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. 「The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off.
