「Enjoyed my stay at Cozy Abode in Historic Yankton - Heart of the City. First, this place is huge - with an open concept, and CLEAN. The kitchen is well appointed with just about everything one would need, although it could use some baking sheets and a can opener. The refrigerator is full size, clean and has an ice maker and filtered water dispenser! Dishwasher is nearly silent. The living room area is large; with a couch, loveseat and large flat screen tv. The couch has been well loved...

We had family coming from Nebraska and some from South Dakota. It was so great to have such a nice place to call home for the weekend! The check in process is super easy. Communication with the owner was great. The cabin is kind of hidden and tucked away which is great for privacy and sitting on the porch enjoying the wildlife. 「This little home is perfect for a couple or small family. Has a keurig, fridge, stove top with oven, good AC and Roku tv. Bed is comfortable and shower is nice! I, personally, would prefer a later checkout. 10am is earlier than most motels and this home is so small that cleaning would take an hour especially with guests required to wash all dishes, put away and strip the bed. Checkin is after 4. I think there could be a few changes and this would be an outstanding rental.」

「We booked this house for a little get together for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The communication with the renters was wonderful, the house was so comfortable and beautiful. We will be renting again when we make our way to town!」

「Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.」
