“It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. ”

“Alexandra was wonderful! She was very quick to respond and stopped by the apartment with little notice when I had a self-inflicted issue I needed her to tend to. The location was perfect! The ceilings are low so be careful if you’re tall. The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. Quiet neighborhood with a delicious pizzeria with friendly staff right next door. We had the perfect stay! ”

“If I was going to take a map of Menton and put a pin in the spot I wanted to have an apartment, this would be that spot.Immediately close to the beach and the covered market and the port. There an abundance of good restaurants on the beach walk and more slightly back from the beach.The view from balcony is perfect.Catherine arranged (at a fee) parking for us. We didn't take the car out a single time in our 6 day stay. When we wanted to go to Monte Carlo, we used the free bus to get to the train……

“Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Hunden einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war toll,das Grundstück und das Häuschen ebenso. Für mitreisende Hunde ideal,sofern diese nicht unter gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen leiden. Das Gleiche gilt für Menschen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr diskret und freundlich,Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte sowohl bei An-,als auch bei Abreise tadellos.In jedem Fall würden wir dieses Objekt ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen,wenn Jemand die Ruhe sucht,trotzdem aber auch……

“Staying in this particular property gave me access to so many great areas within just a few minutes. The per night cost of this is absolutely in line with what you get. It was clean and had lots of amenities. I was able to cook my own meals and do my own laundry during an extended stay. You are literally a few minutes walk from the Mediterranean Sea. And you are in the middle of the old downtown area. The architecture and streets are full of character. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay”
