"We absolutely loved our stay at Cliff House! The home was spotless, well stocked, and instantly felt like home.We booked it for the view of DeSoto Falls—and WOW, it delivered. The view is truly breathtaking. Sitting on the porch listening to the falls never got old…we could’ve stayed there all day.You can walk to multiple trails with different vantage points of the falls, which made exploring super easy and fun.The location is convenient, and the home is easy to access. Balpha, the owner, greeted us on arrival and couldn’t have been nicer. You can tell he truly loves sharing this special place.We visited in March, so some restaurants were still closed, but we didn’t mind. We grabbed a few things at the Dollar General and enjoyed sandwiches at the house (because honestly, you won’t want to leave that view anyway). We did find a great spot recommended by Balpha—New Tiger's Inn Restaurant—and ended up going twice! Check out their daily specials on Facebook.If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The home was very clean. The directions were very easy to follow. The value for money was great. It fit my budget, which was very important to me. The hot tub works for heat. The view was awesome. The paths to three river were very nice. Sitting by the firepit was nice, fire lit of course. "

"We loved staying at this cozy cabin! Perfect for our family and dog. Pretty walk down to the river, quiet, had everything we needed, fire pit was fun too! The hot tub was the best part to end the day! The host was great and so easy to communicate with! Reminder: you are in the woods so we did deal with a lot of wasps inside the downstairs bedroom and found one scorpion hanging out our first night. We couldn’t figure out how a large amount of wasps were entering the house But this stuff is to be expected in the woods i guess! We used the Waze App and it tried taking us the wrong way to the property so just note for future renters! Don’t use Waze..use Apple Maps or Google MapsWe can’t wait to come back!"

The place was spotless when we arrived, and you could tell the owners really take pride in keeping everything clean and well cared for.The property itself was beautiful, and we especially loved the privacy—it felt like our own little retreat. "This!!!!! These owners go above and beyond any property we have leased!!! Property was exactly as described and some added features including anything and everything we have at home. Including a “Just in case we forgot something” basket. The cabin was super clean and cared for. The cabin is in a quiet and private setting but close to town. We didnt see any wildlife but saw tracks. The owner is prompt to respond for questions and friendly. This is our new favorite property/owner!! Will see yall again the next time we can head north for a few days! "

"House was dusty, particularly under the bed was extremely dusty and caused problems sleeping. we tried to clean it, but only had a broom.in addition, the bed made noises when you got up or down or turned over.The bathroom sink was stopped up. The hot tub made a lot of noise and came on every few minutes. It was right outside the bedroom and We had to turn off the breaker so that we could sleep.Otherwise, the place was nice, and we enjoyed our stay."
