On the first floor, there is a large landing with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a shower room, and a toilet.

Outside, there is a private, enclosed courtyard with parking for two vehicles, a covered terrace for enjoying the outdoors in all weather, and a gas barbecue. Exterior currently being developed
