Fantastic Old Building Apartment "Daniela" in Central Location with Wi-Fi

In Merano, the old building apartment Daniela is located with a view over the Passer and Zenoberg and impresses guests with its modern and stylish design. The light-flooded apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a TV, a baby cot and a highchair. From the kitchen you can enjoy the view of the Powder Tower, one of the most beautiful sights of the city. Thanks to the ideal location, only a 2-minute walk from the city centre and very close to the Tappeiner Weg, you can easily reach all shops for daily needs, such as shops, restaurants, bars and cafés on foot.



Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

There are parking options available at an extra cost.

You also get -10% discount for the nearby restaurant "Henkerhaus (DE)/Al Boia (IT)".

Very spacious and clean apartment. The river below is beautiful and gives perfect white noise for sleep. Quiet and peaceful location. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a small glitch with supplies that was quickly remedied. The host is very responsive. Elevator was a plus. The only issue is the vehicle restricted location is tough for drop off and pick up by car. Local taxis can provide pickup at the property.

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung zentral am Rande der Altstadt und mit schönem Blick auf die Passer, die bei offenem Fenster aber recht laut ist. Unkompliziertes Check-in mit hinterlegtem Schlüssel. Anfangs unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Bad, der mit der Zeit verflog. Kurioses Schreiben der Gastgeberin nach Abreise wegen angeblich weiterem Übernachtungsgast.
