Beautiful bungalow near beach and amenities with 3 bedrooms & large pool
Ses Casetes is a small privately owned complex of 8 semi detached bungalows with a pool situated 250 yards from the stunning beach in Arenal D’en Castell and within easy reach of all local amenities.
Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a few hundred yards making a car not essential.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and one with 2x single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, comfortable lounge and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
We have a private terrace suitable for eating or relaxing outside with dining area and sun parasol.
Sunbeds are provided for sunbathing around the extensive pool terrace. There is a large (14m x 5m) shared pool with a children’s section.
Inside the villa there is a central air conditioning unit which is coin operated with 1 and 2 euro coins.
On street parking is free of charge.
Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a few hundred yards making a car not essential.

We had a great time.The hosts were excellent and responded very quickly to the questions that I asked, before and during our visit.The location is great, a short walk to supermarket, restaurants and the beach, but there are a lot of steps involved in getting to some restaurants and beach. The supermarket is accessible.The pool is large.The one issue that we had was neighbouring villa. I believe that this is occupied by full time residents with a young son. Quite rightly this is their home and they have every right to use the pool as they wish but on two/three occasions the child had friends round which involved loud shouting, bombing, and on one occasion kicking a football at the surrounding wall. Now we are home it seems less of a thing, but at the time it was very annoying. Again I would say this is their home/pool and they have every right to use it as they see fit, but it could be an issue for older renters (like me) who are looking for a peaceful holiday. To be clear, overall we had a great time and we would certainly look to book again in the future but forewarned is forearmed.

Lovely Menorca
Hannah, the property owner is fabulous and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The size of the pool was definitely a bonus. Some of the villa owners were staying at the same time as us, which made the pool area a little busier than usual. The beach is within walking distance, ( some steep steps) but a slightly longer more gentle option available. Also a small carparking area. The parking outside of the villa was fine, we had to squeeze in at times but always found one. The villa was good for what we needed and comfortable. We found it to be clean and tidy. There are a few areas that may need an update but nothing that would prevent us staying again. The air-conditioning unit worked well but we found leaving the bedroom doors open during the evening helped to keep things comfortable. Thank you Hannah for a lovely stay.

Un super bungalow tres propre avec toutes les commodites, la piscine est grande propre et tres agreable
L'appartement tres bien situe dans un quartier calme a 5mn a pied de la plage et au centre de toutes directions pour de belles ballades sur cette ile tres accueillante et magnifique !
Si nous revenons ce sera chez Hannah !

petite villa avec piscine, quartier calme
joli emplacement fleuri en bordure du village, sans vis à vis, petite villa mitoyenne avec 3 petites chambes, kitchenette, grande piscine juste à coté, sur les hauteurs d'arenal d'en Castell (belle plage abritée à moins de 10 minutes en descendant des escaliers). fermeture par digicode, climatisation dipsonible mais payante (pièces), mais ventilateurs plafond dans toutes les chambres. Parking un peu problematique. Voisine sympathique et aidante. Sejour tres agreable, nous recommandons cette location.
