Fantastic house!

This house was very nice and very well appointed. We had a great stay for our long weekend attending a 50th wedding anniversary. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We travel to Merced 2-3 time a year and will definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We used this property as a home base for our family reunion. We chose it because of its open layout in the photos. Just a few of us stayed in the house, with other family members staying with other family or local hotels. We had everyone together for one night only, and the house provided the perfect space. The house was furnished with comfortable furnishings/beds. The kitchen was well appointed with most items and there were a few staples in the pantry/refrigerator. Would recommend 100%.

It is a lovely home, but the wood railing, baseboards, walls, and leather sofas could use a good scrub—quiet, excellent bedding and towels—very nice kitchen with modern appliances.
