「We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandkids all slept camp out style in the family room in the basement. Beautiful home! Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants. The only thing i would bring up is the ants in the back yard and front of the house. 」

「The condo was a perfect size for our family while visiting Davenport. The kitchen and dining room made a great place for us to cook in and not have to eat every meal out. The interior and exterior was well kept and tidy. We enjoyed the smart TV and used the washer and dryer. The bonus half bath in the main bathroom was a bonus. The location is just minutes away from anything we needed. The condo was also quiet all throughout the day and night. 」

「This property is easy to navigate, well-lit, tidy, pet friendly, & very convenient for our weekend get-away. We visited family close by, we were able to bring our 13 year old dog. The only caveat, was navigating around the sleeping area. It was difficult getting in and out an the bed, but the bed was comfortably 」

「We had a great stay here! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for one night. Breakfast in the morning was good. Only issue we ran into was the confirmation I had was different to the front desk so my parents couldn’t check in without me. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience 」

「It was very clean and comfortable. We did not spend much time at the property, but it was a very comfortable and clean property and we very much enjoyed our stay. 」

「I needed a place to stay while visiting for work in Davenport. The apartment was very clean and check in process was smooth. It was a bit farther from downtown than I expected but close enough to the freeway that it wasn’t an issue. The property manager was quick to respond to my questions and concerns setting my mind at ease. I appreciated the central air during the heat wave and a suggestion would be a fan upstairs to keep the air circulating and larger curtains for the living room since...
