「I got bit up a couple of times so I will never get a room from here again」

「We really appreciated all the friendliness of staff and the very clean and well maintained facilities. Good breakfast selections!」

「Clean, comfortable, good breakfast」

「I never found a lounge which i thought there was one? Older hotel, a little tired but it was decent and clean. I wouldn't avoid it, but it was not outstanding」

「This property was a complete mess. It was under construction and the first and second floors were all ripped apart. We were given a room on the third floor which was filled with outlets that didn’t work and mold and pieces of the wall in the bathroom were patched. No continental breakfast like we were told and ice machine didn’t work and the pool was closed. Construction debris everywhere. This was unacceptable!!!!.」

「The owner turns on music so loud!!! And screams his head of the words of those Mexican songs. I tried to explain to him that guests need to rest even during day time. But he doesn’t understand English.」

「Room assigned to me had someone in it. When I tried to get in the room they had it dead bolted. Agent at the best western just let me stay in one of there rooms since the extended stay was booked!」

「Dirty. Smelly. Furniture in tatters. Broken doors. No hand towels or washcloths provided.」
