「The hotel has a beautiful view. It is far from Naples and I booked it by mistake, but it was a pleasant surprise. Great place, very nice people in the little town of Mercogliano.」

「wifi connection is not so good!」

「séjour agréable dans un hôtel spacieux et personnel à l'écoute et serviable.」

「Carmine was extremely friendly and helpful. We were in a pit of a tight spot because our flight from Catania to Rome was cancelled because of eruption of Mt Etna, so I had to make a quick reservation with Expedia and everything turned out great. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. 「Great location and staff, very responsive to requests. Will definitely stay again」

「Clean, friendly」

「Very friendly staff, bit unfortunatly nobody speaks english so you have to use google translater to communicate. The pool area is really nice and the food that you can order to the pool is really good. The hotel arrange lots of privat partys at the evenings, so the noise of the music can disturb you on the night if you have your room near the main building.」

「The room is big and comfy」

「The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.」

「Very nice hotel, comfortable room but some areas looking like they could use a bit of a spruce up. Restaurant very good which is a bonus because not a great deal of options nearby. Would recommend」

「Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, good location, walking street and supermarket nearby, as well as both harbours for tour. Breakfast are good too.」
