Really fun property! Comfy living room area, big kitchen with everything, nice first floor shower, 3 beds and upstairs bath. Only minor complaint is no window dressing in the master bedroom (but windows are to backyard, so no privacy issue, just sun in the am). Other than that, great place to stay. 9 out of 10!

Our group of friends stayed here for 3 nights in February. It was comfortable for our party of 6 and the location was very convenient. Plenty of supplies like paper towels, TP and trash bags. We were not able to use anything outside besides the grill due to the snow, but the decks looked very nice. We had an issue with the heat going offline, but Nathan was very responsive and we were able to resolve it in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise our stay was great.
