- Do not use glass bottles or glasses in the pool area or outdoors
- Common areas 9:00 am to 12:00 am (Sunday to Thursday)
- Common areas 9:00 am to 2:00 am (Friday and Saturday)
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If you do so outside, it is important to dispose of cigarette butts in the trash, once it has been properly extinguished
- There is space for two vehicles in front of the house, please do not park on the entrance hall.
- The use of common areas is for guests only, parties are not allowed.
- When leaving, make sure to close all windows and doors.
- Turn off the electric switch before check out.
- DO NOT throw paper on the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.
