Little gem in the middle of Merida. Great friendly staff, very helpful. Shout out to the reception staff.You can ask about everything. Close to Santa Ana eateries. 15 min walk to Plaza grande and 15 min to Walmart.

This was our fifth time staying at the Hotel Santa Ana. It is a truly charming hotel. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. It has a lovely courtyard with a small pool. However, it is not a luxury hotel. The furnishings are simple. The WiFi can be spotty. There is no elevator. Still, it is one of my absolute favorites. I look forward to returning soon.

We live in Merida. We needed a conveniently located hotel with parking for New Year's Eve. We had dinners and parties located within a 6 block radius of the hotel. Our experience couldn't have been better: a friendly welcome, convenient parking, a clean, comfortable room and a very reasonable price. This is a great place to base yourself if you intend to explore Merida or the Yucatan.

The staff--every one of them we interacted with--were friendly and helpful. The common area is large and has different spaces to use for reading, enjoying the pool or sitting and using the computer. Charming small hotel. Great staff. Great location. Inexpensive. Rooms are basic no-frills, but comfortable. This was my fourth stay at the Hotel Santa Ana. It is my "go to" place in Merida. Sometimes it has been booked and I have had to stay elsewhere. I think it is great, however if you like something fancy, plush and modern this may not be the place for you
