Estuvimos 5 días hospedados, fuimos por un evento de danza. Nos facilitó mucho la vida que tuvieran servicio a la habitación las 24hrs el menú es variado y rico. La alberca en la terraza es muy bonita y al ser poco profunda es mas segura para estar con niños. Cruzando la calle del hotel hay un chillis y un oxxo y a una sola esquina se encuentra el Centro Internacional de Congresos. Diario limpiaban el cuarto sin falta. Todo el personal muy amable. Habitación amplia y ofrecen cuna

I loved the stay. Very peaceful, grateful for a 12 check out. The guys out front got me a taxi to the airport. They told me $250 peso but at the airport the taxi driver charged me $400 pesos. That the only negative experience in Merida I had all week.

Para ser un Hyatt se les olvidó completamente que el gym es importante para muchos. Da pena ese gimnasio !! Un espacio muy pequeño y pobremente equipado.

Pésimo casi maleducado la información y los horarios para los alimentos. En la alberca son erróneos el Front Desk poco amable y poco resolutivo. no en este Hotel

Wonderful clean, quiet rooms, friendly Spanish-English bi-lingual professional staff, good restaurants, one good Italian Restaurant Spasso was open until midnight, safe area, true blackout curtains. Not enough towel racks in bathroom to dry wet towels, cannot fully control A/C in room, didn’t provide requested shower chair for handicapped person (and didn’t offer to reimburse when we purchased one for them), breakfast was too expensive (but good). Even with the negatives, we enjoyed staying there for a week. We’d stay there again for sure.
