The hotel was beautiful and the service the best I’ve ever had . The owner made sure we were taken care. Breakfast was included and it was delicious . Even on our tour day and airport day they packed us a lunch box because kitchen opens at 8’am .

This has to be one the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in, and I travel all over the world! The room was so large and beautiful with a large restroom and a big rain shower and all the amenities. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices! And the service impeccable!!! I'd stay here over and over again! If you are ever in Mérida stay at the Mansion Mérida! You too will be writing a great review! So grateful to all the staff for their excellent service! They even surprised with a picture of us in the hotel with a gracious hand written note!

We visited in mid-August & were greeted by the gracious, helpful owner & staff. We found gorgeous rooms & decor, delicious & substantial breakfast (including a full take-away breakfast when we had to leave pre-service hours for a tour), a convenient location near Merida Central Plaza, a wonderful, clean pool, lovely amenities, & an adjacent restaurant for additional meals & beverages. We'll create an opportunity to return!

I stayed at the Mérida Mansion Hotel from August 14 to 17, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible service from the staff. Every single worker I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, they made me feel welcome and cared for in every detail. Their dedication and hospitality turned my trip into something very special. I can honestly say that the team at Mérida Mansion Hotel made me feel at home while still delivering the level of service you’d expect from a luxury property. Stay here! Trust me. The rooms are amazing, very elegantly decorated and styled. Tall ceilings (helps keep things cool). Turn down service. The breakfasts at the hotel are amazing - authentic Mexican. And included in the room price. There is a nice pool but we never used it. The courtyard area is gorgeous. The location is one block from the main square! All kinds of restaurants. The buzz of the city is great. On top of all that the hospitality from the staff, and especially Sr Raul (the owner and grandson of the original builder) is second to none. Such a warm and personalable guy, great staff. Perfection!

La localizacion de este hotel es inmejorable. A media cuadra de la catedral y plaza principal. Sales del hotel y a unos pasos estas en la calle mas visitada de la cuidad,llena de vida, plazas, iglesias hermosas y restaurantes. A 10 minutos caminando de Paseo de los monteros y del corredor gastronomico. La ubicacion del hotel realmente hizo de nuestra experiencia algo especial en Merida. El dueño del Hotel, el Sr Raul, esta siempre atento del servicio, y de todo lo que hace que el hotel sea excelente. Fue un anfitrion de primera y nos hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno estaba incluido en nuestro paquete, y es delicioso y tan basto que es como un “ lunch” o almuerzo. Notamos que hay gente que va a desayunar ahi sin ser huespedes, por lo decioso que es. Las mermeladas unicas y deliciosas. Nuestra habitacion muy linda,y muy espaciosa, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien!! Lo que es indispensable en Merida 😂 Recomendamos este hotel para su estancia en Metida!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mansion Merida, the hotel is beautiful, and the customer is outstanding. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and an AC that worked great! The bathroom had good quality toiletries as well as a mosquito repellent spray. We were greeted with drinks and a fruit basket in our room. The owner came to say hi one day while we were having breakfast which it was a nice personal touch.

Beautiful and very relaxing. The service was impeccable and the dining for breakfast had many choices and food was freshly served with great presentation. Really nice personal touches from fresh baked cookies, to an outing bag provided with towels and mosquito spray and umbrellas for sun protection. Raul and staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. In the city center, it was a great base to visit the many cenotes and surrounding pueblos. What a great experience. The hotel is a beautiful architectural style and beautifully decorated.The staff is excellent, very courteous. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a lot of variety.The owner Don Raul welcomed us personally to the mansion of his great grandfather. We felt that we were staying not in a hotel but in a beautiful mansion. For sure we will recommend this boutique hotel to our family and friends.
