Travel Agent was suppose to have booked us a room w/ a kitche ntte, A/C didn't work well! Thot it would b a better safer neighbor hood, we were to scared to drive ! Staff was great & helped move I s to another Tecno hotel on itzaes, which was worse, a/c was not working right & started spitting 1×1 " ice chunks put & making a loud noise, i thot it was going to blow up? We had to be move to 3 diff rooms ,black mold made us sick, we spent 1 week in bed sick ,our whole trip was ruined! Staff was rude to us & made us feel unwelcome! We are looking to seek attorney to get reimbursed for hotel stay! Sue tra usothose roads

En primera instancia se nos asignó una habitación sucia y que ya se encontraba habitada, al realizar el comentario, el personal con poco tacto y cero actitud de servicio al cliente sólo actuó a la defensiva, de mala gana nos asignaron otra habitación al otro extremo, que de nueva cuenta estaba sin limpiar. Lamentable, por que Tecnohotel Norte era mi opción siempre que viajaba a Mérida, pero la actitud del personal que se encontraba el día 26/07/2025 a las 3:00 PM, fue pésima, y no es la primera vez, pues en un hospedaje anterior me sucedió lo mismo con el mismo personal (Situación que pasé por alto pensando que se encontraba "atareada" y por eso actuaba de mala gana), pero ya una segunda vez es inaceptable. Definitivamente consideraré otra opción de hospedaje en mis siguientes viajes, Tecnohotel ya no es opción.
