「A good hotel, very convenient for meeting up with friends. The only problem was a continuous buzzing sound which made it very hard to sleep. I tried switching off all electrical appliances but it appeared to be coming from outside the room. I even went down to reception to see if they knew what it was and could do anything but they didn't seem interested.」

「We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay」

「位置偏僻但如果是度假的定位是可以接受的 這間飯店裝潢很有風格 房間舒適度應可以很高 但因清潔沒做好（前一晚有慶祝婚禮 我們的房間有一間有很重的狗臭味 另一間則是衛浴有臭味） 我個人覺得滿意 但住不同房間的同行友人卻覺得清潔沒做好而留下壞印象」

「I was given a disabled room (I am not disabled). It was OK, a little dark and sterile. Nothing special. Don't think the TV worked. Checking in staff was not friendly. Checking out staff was lovely. The spa and restaurant were both very nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again as a traveller on my own」

「Parking hourly rate should be paid during the day time. 50 GBP was paid for three hours after checked in although 50% discount was given for the overnight parking. The guest should be informed the parking fee in advance when room booking was made. The parking fee is too high indeed. Loading and unloading luggage is also very inconvenience.」
