I visited this hotel, after a couple of days my son who was staying with me noticed when he forgot to use his door card that the door just opened.
This means for the couple of days before the door had been left open all the time, including after the room cleaner left it it was left unlocked.
Anyone could of entered my room and taken anything, more scarily anyone could of entered at night.
Hotel brushed it off at first saying "Pull on door harder" to my son, later I showed the hotel I literally had to slam the door hard to get it to lock, moved me to another room for 4th night as they agreed the room lock was faulty and Marrott Bonvoy offered $35 of loyalty points as "A guesture of goodwill"
