「Good accomodation environment」

「Convenient parking, smooth check-in, and friendly front desk. The room was clean and had all the facilities you expect. Highly recommended」

「The motel is adequate. just a block from the beach and 5 min's from Pacific Fair and the Convention Centre. 7/11 over the road and take aways right next door. If all you are after is a bed and a shower with a kitchenette, then this is priced really well. Good and Clean.」

「Very well located. Less than ten minute walk to bus and light rail hub and a bit longer to Pacific Fair. 5 minutes to convenience store and good food options.」

「general is ok but the apartment seems a bit old.」

「Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling around and dirty, smelly bedsheets. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathtub was out of order. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and the lack of cleanliness made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic hygiene, working facilities, and respectful customer service are the minimum...

「We paid for an ocean view but it’s actually blocked by a nearby tall building. Filter of the dryer constantly comes off during work so the lints are everywhere. Elevator and AC systems are old. No internet in master bedroom. But really big TV in the living room is a plus.」

「Spacious apartment and equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Magnificent view of the sea and beach at balcony. Heated pool and a small gym room are available. Free parking. Very near to Broadbeach and and Pacific Fair shopping mall.」

「We stayed for 3 nights and on each morning we’d turn on the indicator requesting the room to be cleaned. No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. And even so the toilet was left uncleaned, the coffee cups were not washed, coffee pods not refilled. There were rust stains on the bathroom door, room not well maintained. The carpark smelled strongly of urine and unknown droplets of liquid dripped from the...

「It's a great place to stay. The bedroom is spacious and clean, and the bed is really comfy. As for the other facilities, it has everything that one expects to find. We can easily travel to anywhere since it's across the tram station. Plus, the receptionists are wonderful and are willing to give us assistance whenever needed. It's definitely our first choice to stay if we visit Gold Coast again.」
