"Staff friendly, im coming back again"

"We've had an amazing stay at Hilton Surfer's Paradise. Place is very conveniently located, with access to the beach and many shops and restaurants nearby. The service staff here are all very helpful and friendly. The ladies at the lounge were very nice and accomodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet spread was top-notch in its quality and variety, compared to the hotels we visited in Queensland so far. Cathy, one of the service staff, was very friendly and helpful, despite the hectic crowd in the morning. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and counter staff made us feel very welcome. Parking was ample and convenient, though the traffic along the road to the hotel can be very heavy at peak hours. All in all, I'm very impressed with the level of service and definitely would consider a Hilton hotel for my next trip"

"We had a lovely stay. The motel was rexently redecorated very clean and beautiful with great facilities plus all the staff very friendly. I would definitely stay there again and woukd recommend it to everyone."

"Large room fully equiped kitchen very comfortable bed nice balcony with thick doors that compleatly blocked out all street noise. Water pressure in shower was very low. "

"We thoroughly enjoed our stay at novotel surfers paradise. So central to everything. Breakfast was amazing Staff were lovely. Bed was so comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Highly recommend staying here. Great view from our balcony too"
