Large lovely rooms, fast room service, restaurant and pool area was really nice and the food was great. Only negative is you can definitely hear the music from downstairs in your room, it’s not too too bad and my kiddos slept through but if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. Will definitely stay again

The room was spacious and newly renovated, the location was convenient, within walking distance to all the shops and the beach, nice pub downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it can be noisy till midnight, but that has to be expected from the location, so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

Great location and the bar and restaurant were good. Room was in poor condition. Had to get serviceman to room to stop toilet running, sink did not drain, plug didn't work and the flashing light on the security card holder was annoying, so had to cover up with towel each night. Main concern was the lip/step as you enter the bathroom. This is a hazard. My wife and daughter both kicked their toes against the step, with my daughter in tears and toe went purple from bruising. Fortunately nothing broken. We had to roll up a towel and place it against the step to prevent any further issues.

The room was modern, spacious and aesthetic. Lots was going on great atmosphere, was a little noisy until about 10:30pm. But that’s ok we all had fun. Would recommend, great location can walk everywhere. Will be back 😜

The room was clean and looked pretty much like the photos online which was a pleasant surprise. Would only recommend a lick of paint on the outside to match the updated interior. Definitely stay here again due to the quality and price point.

Prime location for transport, shopping and dining. Property was great except the bathroom was bit mouldy otherwise everything else was spot on, if you are couple wanted to stay few days this place is perfect.

Perfect location. A stone throw away from Surfer’s paradise (mall and beach). The restaurant on the ground floor served very delicious food.

This hotel has restaurant, bar, game room, music, good view of the ocean. Room was standard size with a balcony. Beach was one block away and many places are close by to eat. Hall way carpet needed to be vacuumed,

There was dirty tissues on the bathroom floor and bathroom wasn’t very clean overall, shower cap over smoke detector rendering it useless, awful smelling bedding with a sweat/BO stench making me question if they were changed after the previous guest and the balcony doors don’t lock leaving me feeling very unsafe , overall very unclean and unsafe room.

Cracking place to stay and eat! V

Checked in here for 1 night and liked it so much, we booked for a 2nd night! Really fantastic hotel - decor in reception area lovely and bar and restaurant superb - especially roof top area! Great vibes. Food was awesome - we ate at their restaurant (Goldies) for both evenings! Can really recommend the steak but to be honest, everything that came out looked and smelt amazing! Staff went out of there way to chat to us and give us recommends on what to do / where to see etc. Location is ideal - one block back from the sea/beach but very central to everything and walkable to everywhere! Would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again if we returned!
