Spacious one bedroom, staff were lovely and amenities were great. However, the room was so dusty and l sneezed a lot. The window seals and tv could use with a wipe down. Also there was mould in the bathroom which made it uneasy each time I showered. Overall it was nice staying there.

The two room suite was nice, good size . The overall hotel seems suitable for a short stay. Check in was fine but trying to park before checking in is complicated. We checked in earlier and the staff were great in getting into our room. Rey close to a large selection of restaurants and ferries . Good stay overall .

Laundry facilities were super helpful especially when travelling as a family. Cleaning staff were courteous and friendly. Receptionists were friendly, offering us a river view apartment for the perfect New Year's eve view. They were also on point with changes to vehicle details for ease of access to the carpark. Few things, however: 1. Stench from the garbage room on each floor 2. Elevator issues whilst we were there 3. AC not working in ensuite Otherwise a great two week stay for us. Happy customer indeed 😊
