「We were so disappointed with our recent stay at this apartment. We booked a queen room with a balcony based on the photos displayed at the time of booking, which clearly suggested an elevated room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a ground floor room with no view at all, which was very misleading and not what we believed we had paid for. 「Wonderful stay in a great area of CBD Brisbane. The pool view is stunning, and they have an excellent gym on the terrace as well. Full size kitchen and free washer/ dryer as well. (2 Laundry detergent packets included!) There was a balcony (street facing) and living room with full size tv set up. Conveniently located about a 5min walk from the riverfront. Also, fun bonus, they have a library with a large range of books to read during your stay!」
