We love staying at the Q1, it’s our favourite place at Surfers - the apartments are beautiful and spacious and the pool area is incredible. The gym facilities let it down a bit. The staff are excellent, we had an issue with a fridge that the previous people had poorly stored fish in both the fridge and freezer parts and every time we opened the doors the smell was horrendous. Not only did a member of housekeeping come up and scrub the fridge for us at 9pm, the next day when they heard the smell was still there, they replaced the whole fridge for us - amazing! If that’s not excellent service, I don’t know what is. Highly recommend the Q1 for not only excellent staff and apartments and pools, but for convenience to the trams, shops, eateries and the beach.

We always pick the Q1 when we travel to the GC. It is always so beautiful and clean and tidy. Either the ocean view or the city view it never disappoints.

Great location and perfect for families or longer stays. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, dining area, and in-unit laundry. The convenience of having all these amenities made our trip much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Have been staying here for over 10 years. Hotel is not quite to the standard as previous years. We had dirt in the hallway outside our room that we had to step over to enter the apartment. There is paint peeling on walls. Kitchens are looking worn. Location is fantastic and free parking is a bonus! Maintenance man seemed a little put out (who would know you have to fill the spa bath to almost full to avoid the spa jets spraying water high onto the walls??). Indoor pool and spa are terrific, especially in winter. Mixed review this time.....
