We had a wonderful, two day stay here. The staff were welcoming, warm, professional and caring. The entire facility is well maintained and super clean. Breakfast was wonderful - a nice assortment of choices including fresh, cooked to order eggs, a barista for fresh coffee and more. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and when I needed to bring breakfast back to the room for someone who was not feeling well - they gave me containers to bring back whatever I wanted. Only two comments - first of all the laundry detergent is very aromatic and the frarances were over-powering and somewhat disturbing. Also, the chairs in the room were okay, but not very comfortable for sitting for a long stretch of time. I would highly recommend Merom Golan - there is loads of space for kids to run around, the hotel is spaced over a large area so that it remains quiet. It's a great place to stay when touring the Golan and the Galilee. We will definitely go back again.

This is in the mountains and beautiful. Generally it is quiet. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Even the cheapest room is clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone that is in the area. You won’t be disappointed

Loved this place

We really enjoyed our stay here overall and would definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant (which requires a reservation) served the best dinner of anywhere we ate in our 8-day tour of Israel. The breakfast in the dining hall the next morning was also fantastic, with a giant spread of food, made-to-order omelettes, coffees, fruit, vegetables, just everything. We booked a wonderful ATV tour that left from here as well, one of the highlights of our trip. We recommend visiting the Coffee Annan coffee shop just up the road, built on a hilltop with a fantastic view, and featuring remnants of the 1967 Six-Day War. Our only minor disappointment was that we'd hoped to see and learn more about the kibbutz itself (not the resort) but didn't see an opportunity for a tour or a discussion about it; maybe next time?

Chambres suites junior refaites à neuf.

L’endroit est très beau Il y a un restaurant payant à l’hôtel. Par contre pour la 1/2 pention le restaurant du kibboutz et à 5 mn à pieds.

5 stars hotel

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel for one night and we had no words! The place was very nice and quiet for a couple, free parking, the weather was also nice. The room was very very clean and the breakfast was amazing all the food was very fresh! Sure we are going to go back again.

Lovely hotel, high price

Fortunatly when we arrived we found out that we got a studio room althogh the price was for cabin. The officer in the lobby upgraded us for more money ( we wouldnt pay more if it wasnt speciel event). When i see the prices for the cabin for exemple next week i feel i have been cheated because this is the price i paid for studio (although i thought its for cabin) and i paid extra money to be "upgraded". Also- we think the prices are too high for this hotel, the breakfast is ok, not five star, there is no facilities in the cabin like jacuzzi. The hotel is very clean and the staff is great. But the price is not justified.
