"I rented reserved this room but then was told on the day of my reservation that there were “issues” with the room - which turns out was already occupied. Downgraded to a 2bdrm 2bath in which there were mouse droppings and the knob on the stove broke off. The area was not too pleasant for my lifestyle. "
