Doesnt look like the pictures, we didn’t even stay just checked in looked around and left. It’s the type of place spring breakers go to get black out drunk and bring back strangers from a bar. If you aren’t going to be hammered you will not be able to handle being here. Disgusting.

Checking into this property was terrible! I paid in advance along with a cleaning deposit and was told by management they would provide check in information (key code, unit number etc...) by 11:30 am the day of our stay. They never reached out to me and I made several attempts to contact them but there was no answer. It was almost 5pm and after spending 45 minutes with Expedia representative (props to Expedia for their effort) who also tried contacting the property management however was unable. While standing in front of the property for over an hour along with another guest who had booked through a different travel agency and also had been trying to contact management. It was the other guest who finally was able to contact the property so he could access his room and while on the phone with the management he told them I was also waiting for access to the property. I would NEVER recommend this property even though it was in a convenient location. There are to many other nearby properties to select from that had far more to offer.

The location was great. The check in process was terrible. We wasted a lot of time trying to get into our room. The ceiling fan in the bedroom had no way to switch it off or slow it down. The chain was missing. it was running on high speed and making a bad grinding noise.

My stay at the unit was reminiscent of a low-budget hostel. The overall condition was subpar, with evident filth and degradation. The tight space between the toilet and sink left no room for comfort, and the mattress and pillows were not only completely flat but also unhygienic. Arriving at midnight, I regretted not opting for another hotel that night, but I moved on the next morning at the cost of forfeiting the remainder of reservation.

I called time and time again to check in and no one answered. For an hour and a half, by that point I paid for a whole new hotel. When I finally settled into my new hotel, they then texted me asking how they could help. When I told them it was too late because I already had another hotel they never responded and still did not answer my calls when I tried to call again. I will never book them again. Also this hotel is in a bad part of town.

Das Singer Island Inn ist sehr schön gelegen. Es sind nur drei Minuten Fußweg zum bewachten Strand. Allgemein ist die Gegend sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und kleiner Küchenzeile, offen aber etwas separiert. Das Bad hatte eine Schiebetür, die schlecht zu schließen war. An einige Apartments grenzt der Paddle Tennis Platz, wo morgens schon früh gespielt wird. Wir waren früh wach, aber manch einen mag das stören. Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es öffentlich und eine Ladung kostet 1,25. es wirkte sehr sauber. Uns persönlich fehlten im Apartment ein paar Haken oder eine Garderobe. Für 100 Dollar Reinigungsgebühr war es eigentlich nicht sauber genug. Ansonsten haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft!
