The staff were nice but my 1st room the door hinges were broken and the tv was broken. The 2nd was not even clean. The 3rd my key card wouldn't work the bed looked like someone was sleeping in it before we got the room.

I called Customer Service and spoke to Cosway @ 6am he said he was transferring me to someone else but got a recording. The property is very Dirty also Cigarette butts all over outside. My room was filthy dirty was not dusted dust if very thick on lamps and tables or vacuumed only 1 lamp worked out of 3 so it’s very dim the one by the bed has to be switch by me with the one on the table. The fridge is barely cold and ruined my food. I believe there is beds bugs in one of the beds I had to switch beds in the middle of the night. I’m still itching. I’ve gone down to the front desk twice but no one ever came to the window. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please call me @ 773-682-5628 Thank you!!

When we arrived we were instructed to park on the side of the hotel it was closer to our room. There was trash spilling out of the trash can and trash all over the ground. As the week went on the trash began to scatter further away from The can as animals would tear through it. The carpet in the hallway looked as if someone came through slinging bleach all over. There were white dots and also some large white areas where it looks like bleach was spilled. The room we were in the carpet near the AC was coming up and the light in the bathroom would turn on and off like someone was flicking the switch. Room 104

Service desk lady named Mary was very rude for my entire stay. She was very little help. My room was dirty and I did not get accommodated. I just had back surgery & have 2 children so I could not keep switching hotels at the time so I was forced to extend my stay to further heal. The breakfast area was the only nice part but even the hot food was not hot as it should’ve been.

The service desk employee Mary was really rude to my family as well as other paying customers. She did not care to be nice or give any information when asked. Instead of solving or accommodating any problems with the room she told me to go home. The room upon arrival was visually dirty, paper and debris on the floor as if it hasn’t been swept or vacuumed. Toiletries were already almost empty including the toilet paper and all the little soaps on the sink. The blankets has lint all over as if someone had laid in the bed after it was made. The heat was on 80 when I walked into the room with my newborn so it was scorching hot. The pool area had air blowing instead of heat so the pool was not ideal to use even though it was indoors. Also you had to ask to be let in the pool instead of your key card working itself. All around a horrible experience. The only good thing was the breakfast waffle maker. The biscuits were rock hard & the gravy was cold.

Both sing and bathtub was clogged. The lock on the door didnt work correctly. The first room we were fiven wasnt even cleaned. Dirty beds towles on the floor. Shortly after we arrived to our hotel and checked into our room, we noticed several red flags about the room that was issued to us. The overall cleanliness and functions of the room were very poor, about 3/4 of the furniture in the room, from lamps to chairs, were either broken or stained, the shower flooding with each use, to finding fecal matter on the floor beside the bed. We reported the issues to the hostess and they seemed to taking it with a grain of salt. Also asked if we could have rooms changed due to the issues with the room that was issued and it was brushed off and we were never assisted.

The hotel was dirty the carpet smell they had no change when checking in nobody came to clean it was the same tissue and plastic on the hall floor it was crumbs on my room floor no new roll of tissue the pool is filthy it’s a weight bench in the fitness room but no weights and it’s very small tight fit room it was thing left in the fridge and in the drawers in the room I had to get new key cards the next night because I came in and I couldn’t get in my room

The room was extremely dingy and had an aroma that wasn’t exactly inviting. It wasn’t a mold smell or anything unsatisfactory but a smell that wasn’t inviting or necessarily pleasing. The phone would just give off a dial tone so we unplugged it. The remote for the TV didn’t work. The TV only got one channel that came in clear. The pool was dirty but usable. Our key card didn’t work to open the pool area, the lady working the desk had to let us in. There was almost nobody in the hotel and they stuck us up on the 2nd floor when she knew I had kids with me and we were spending the majority of our time in the pool (that’s more of a preference thing I guess). For the price, I guess I can’t expect much more than what we got.

Worst ever, no heat and full of bugs
When I arrived it seemed a little run down. The carpet was bleach-stained. I decided that didn't matter and I would stay. I went into the room and it was COLD. Winter in Indiana. I turned the heat on and went to dinner thinking it would be warm when I returned. I was gone for dinner at least 2 hours. The room was still cold. I went to the desk and told them the heat was not working. It had been 2 hours and was still blowing cold air. He said he would check if there was another room. He told me there was not. There were only two other guests at the hotel, how are there no other rooms? To this, he said they were unoccupied but dirty, and they did not have any housekeeping staff. He gave me blankets and sent me back to the room. At this point my service dog surveyed the room and found bug traps under the bed. When I pulled it out of his mouth it was covered in bugs. Now I gathered my things and returned to the front desk. I told him the room was cold and full of bugs. I would not be staying and expected a full refund. After calming down for a few days I tried to get a refund and was denied. They likely realize that my money is the last they will ever get.

This place is a total dump. Carpet and floors were GROSS. The room hasn't been vacuumed in weeks-thick dust and debris on the floor. The shades were totally destroyed- ripped with GIANT holes. Bathroom floor hadn't been mopped in weeks. Something resembling a used condom laying on the floor behind the toilet. DON'T LET THE ONLINE PHOTOS FOOL YA.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the hallway to my room there was a not so pleasant smell, the pool area windows looked like they have never been cleaned and the water looked foggy, now in my room the toilet and bath tub was not cleaned, there was caked up dust everywhere on the walls, the head board, the lamps, the picture on the wall, behind the bed, there was spiderwebs in every corner of the walls. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t refund or move us to another room. My boyfriend saw bed bug spray bypassing the storage room when he asked if there was a problem with bugs they said no. We clearly saw the spray. I called the hotel on Tuesday to speak to a manager and the manager was not trying to hear my concern she was very rude, talking over me and said there was nothing she can do. This hotel charged a 100 dollar deposit for the condition that it’s in. We ended buying supplies to clean this room which was still uncomfortable to sleep worrying if we were going to get bit. I will never stay in a Baymont hotel again. All of the reviews I seen after my stay was poor.
