When I was checking in, the clerk at the desk was on a personal call. She never spoke to me, welcomed me, or explained anything to me. It took about 5 minutes for her to spare a minute to find my reservation and give me my room keys. I have never had such a poor check in experience.

Nice hotel but need maintenence, the room was ok but there were black hairs in the bet and in the shower. I think just by improving a few details the experience would be much better, like replacing the broken a/c vent or removing the gun on the night light

The woman at the front desk made my experience so much better. Even though I checked in late at night she was polite, helpful, and funny. For the most part the room was clean. However the bathroom needed more attention. There were old towels from a previous guest pushed under the sink area. The area that holds the towels had spots and strings of hair and you could tell that it hadn’t been swept.

it was a nice stay, a lot of things in our room were stained. the shelf was leaning off the wall, and there was brown sticky stuff underneath our bed around the whole bottom of the frame.

I had two room. Both needed work but 301 was the worst! The cabinets didn’t lose all the way, the chair went down Everytime you sat in it, one of the lights as missing a cover, there were ants in the bathroom, a dead bug or something on a towel, the free breakfast was poor. You can hear everything that’s happening in the halls. I will never stay here again!

The property was not to the standard I've seen with other Country Inn and Suites. The bed was great but pillows small especially for king bed. the condition of the room was in disrepair and needs work. cracks in drywall, stains in the tub, caulk needs replaced, tub drain slow and shower head poor stream, floors in hallway were not vacuumed. We had missing light fixtures, lamp shades, light bulbs, and curtains in the room. Other lightbulbs were unscrewed. There was a flood light that shone in the room all night due to the lack of curtains. Very disappointed.

You get what you pay for! The rooms were half cleaned with wrinkled bedding, old out of shape pillows, and no blankets. We were provided only one set of towels. The front desk clerk was not at the desk. We waited 20 minutes to check-in. Breakfast was skimpy. By 8:30 am, you were only able to make a waffle and have stale coffee. We were told at check-in there would be no housekeeping. I guess the reason for half cleaned rooms and limited availability of linens. This property has gone down since my visit a few years back.

We stayed here in the past, but it felt like this time, it didnt feel right. Was not a good selection of breakfast. Felt the room was not the cleanest, bed looked like the sheets were not changed. Requested more towels, never got them, had to get them myself hours later. Why is it only 2 sets of towels in a double room? Front desk lady made me feel uncomfortable thinking i was not staying there with no apology. Probably wont pick this Country Inn and Suites again when I travel home.

When we got to our room at midnight the heat was not on and the temp in the room was 59 degrees. It did warm up but was very cold and unwelcoming when we got there. Also, the shower head was not great!

For the price this was a very good deal. It is in a great location central to many restaurants & shopping. The room was clean, but the hallways, not so much. And there were a few broken items in the room that were pieced together with electrical (black) tape. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel was a much better experience than one of the other choice hotels near by. Immediately upon entering we were greeted and the hotel didn’t smell and was overall very clean. Husband said the continental breakfast was lacking a little, but we ended up just ordering Starbucks so it all worked out. Definitely a great place to stay for the price!

The property is not as advertised. The room was not clean. The refrigerator was dirty, the room was Smokey, and they even ran a machine after reported and it was still Smokey. The front doors did not work and we had to manually open them on slippery floors and almost fell multiple times.
