“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

“Immaculate room. Loved the dispensers in the shower; they were all full! The temperature was easy to regulate, the comforter was spotless and not too heavy for the heated room. We had more than enough clean towels, washcloths, and hand towels for both of us. I'm not a fan of having to request towels because we're missing a hand towel or sometimes even a bath towel, in other places. What we loved the most, though, was the service. We ordered from UberEats and asked for utensils and disposable……

“We had a pleasant stay at Garner Hotel Londonderry - Manchester by IHG. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from arrival and check-in through the rest of our stay. While it’s clear the property is older, it is well maintained. The rooms are very basic and amenities are minimal, but everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming, and we would stay here again.”
