「I’ve stayed here multiple times, but this visit was very disappointing.
There were two employees at the front desk—one was polite and helpful, but the younger staff member was rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me while I was asking a question, and when I went downstairs, her attitude didn’t improve.
Customer service like this is unacceptable.」

「The Hotel Concord was a lovely place to stay! Great amenities and the staff was friendly and so helpful. Hot breakfast was served each morning! Something for everyone and hot items were kept at the correct temperature.. The hotel had a great horseshoe bar far socializing! Nicely located within walking distance to restaurants, great shopping and entertainment options!. Will definitely come back!」
