「This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!」

「We were in for the 5k/Half Marathon. Check in was easy. Location was perfect (everything is walking distance). There were 7 of us and plenty of room. Games were played.Puzzles were put together. 「This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. 」

「This property was perfect for our family of 4. We loved walking across the street to the beach. We went into Newburyport multiple times which is a beautiful town that had a lot of really good restaurants and fun shops. The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host. 」
