Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...

Booked this hotel during my mother's funeral and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. 3 days straight our flights back to Rhode Island was canceled due to lack of an itinerary and all 3 times they accommodated our stay on a moments notice.
