It was large, clean and in a good area considering our needs. They have a cool bar and restaurant on site. Pool is nice too. We didn’t get a chance to use them but they looked very cool. A leak in the upstairs toilet is dripping onto the dining room table. This was unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

When we got to our original room, it had not been cleaned, at all. Called the main number, and the associate was extremely helpful, and apologized @10x. Upgraded us to waterfront, and gave us a late checkout. The codis are decorated beautifully, they provided everything, even coffee and creamer. We did not like the onsite restaraunt. .

This is our second time staying at this place. It's perfect for large families and the restaurant is really cool and serves good food. My only complaint would be our condo smelled like mildew which I know can be common near oceans.

The place was amazing. You could look at the window onto the marina and see dolphins swimming. The area is beautiful and close to everything. The condo was wonderfully kept and comfortable.

Super nice place!

My girlfriend and I were going to a sailing regatta on Merritt Island and wanted a place close to the venue. This place was perfect, and we were able to invite her son and his friend to join us. The three bedroom, two bathroom condo was beautiful and had a great balcony overlooking the river. There was laundry equipment (bring your own detergent) and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable. We were not there much but I still like a clean comfortable place. There was no maid service but we didn't expect any. The nearby restaurant was fun. We didn't use the pool or gym. If you're planning st stay a while you'll need your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper and so on, but for a short stay you'll be all set.

We checked in at 11pm and the house was 85 degrees and the ac wasn’t working. I called for help and was basically told to hang in there till the morning because it was too late for someone to come help.

Beautiful property on saltwater canal full of sea life it’s beautiful to watch the Dolphins from the balcony Apartment was spacious and clean but could use some updating. The furniture is a little worn and there was no place in the shower to place toiletries. I also did not like the policy that early check-in or late check out was charged $20 per hour.

The property was lovely, a bit hard to access but we figured it out. Spacious Nice pool, loved the balcony to watch the birds from, so be sure to select waterview. Overall we had a great stay. Dolphin's restaurant was convenient and food good. The major issue was that the washer sounded like a jet engine when in spin cycle - needs serious attention. Also, because the intake was so very mechanical (no one there at all to talk to), we were unable to report it. Our first stay in the area and we spent most of our time in Cocoa Beach, but were glad not to sleep there b/c it was so noisy. Don't trust the restaurant recommendations - one of them we just called "the moist one" because it was so wet and dirty. But, it's easier to complain than to compliment and overall it was fine. Would return if I go there again.
