“This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend……

“Amazing Condo!! Fun to wa tch the planes take off off and land!!”

“Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+" of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+", and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat……

“The property is extraordinarily clean and modern with beautifully maintained grounds. The host was very responsive to all communications. The unit had everything we needed and so much more. We especially loved the view off of our balcony. We will definitely stay again in the future.”

“We stayed at this beautiful Merritt Island condo while my son and I were in town for the Space Coast Half Marathon and Marathon on 11/30/2025. The place was clean, comfortable, and even better than the photos. I accidentally left a few items behind, and the hosts were incredibly kind and shipped them back to me right away. Wonderful stay and wonderful people. We’ll definitely look into staying here again in the future!”
