“This property was a great location in the city center with good transportation, all around. Enough room for a family of five in great amenities. Only downfall we visited in June when it was very hot and after a very long day of sightseeing, the boat was extremely hot with no air movement. Something to consider if visiting during a hot time I think if we visited during cooler days, it would’ve been perfect.”

“We had a peaceful, lovely stay. Little Venice is an easy walk from Paddington Station, while also being a world in itself. The boat is cozy with a nice seating area near the entrance, a very workable kitchen, and room outside for two or three to enjoy drinks or a meal. It is a treat to see swans and other water birds out the windows. Rather than run the engine for hot water, we used the stove to warm up water for personal hygiene. “The houseboat was absolutely lovely and the space very effectively used. I loved being there at all times of day and night with the beautiful view of Browning Pond. The Papillon was the most beautiful houseboat I saw the whole time I was on the canals, and it was interesting to see the movement of some of the others that are not permanently moored. There were many appealing restaurants in walking distance, bus service very nearby, and it was great fun to sit up on the top deck as I had wonderful……

“This is a fun place to stay in so much as my room had a massive outside area, the bed was great and I could look out over the water to watch the fun of Canary Wharf Its very very basic. I had no shower gel etc in the shower, the toilet is a marine toilet, no water offered (or available) so needed me to visit a local shop. Its near all the bars so quite noisy. I'd stay there again but not for that price. Its too expensive for what it is. ”
