“This was such a wonderful and unique way to spend a few nights in London - both the narrowboat itself and the location. Staying on the water is a world apart from any hotel experience, The rustic charms and quirks of narrowboat living and the sense of community with other boat dwellers made it special. Everything was spotlessly clean and communication throughout was great. There’s also a great pub just across the footbridge! Highly recommended for a couple in search of something beyond the……

“I’ve stayed in various places in London over thirty years but never on a houseboat. The location is lovely, quiet, and interesting. The houseboat itself is roomy and beautifully decorated from any vantage point. The beds were comfy and the rooms charming. The houseboat is conveniently located near the DLR station, a market, and a notable pub and has a great neighborhood feel. James’s hospitality and helpfulness were exactly what we needed. He answered questions quickly and gave good suggestions.……

“Very easy to speak with the owners of the boats and boat was spotless with a lovely welcome basket. The wash facilities in the marina were 5* and the views on the boat take any stress away. We were a party of 2 and it felt enough for below deck as the room definitely is up top. The restaurant in marina is fabulous and so are their cocktails”
