Conveniently located in the heart of Mesa, this freshly updated retreat has everything you are looking for. Situated just 10 minutes away from Powderhorn Ski Resort, minutes away from Grand Mesa National Forest, the location can't be beat! Enjoy your upcoming vacation at our tranquil retreat.

Like many houses on the Mesa, ours does not have AC units, only heating. Fans are available for guests.

The kitchen waa fully equipped for cooking with many extras , just like home. The cottage was clean and had all the comforts of home. The location seemed to be central enough to be convenient to many areas and activities on the western slope. The beds were super comfy with lots of extra linens.

Located on a quiet main street in a sweet little town. Cute home that was very comfortable. Functional kitchen and the shower was top of the line. Very comfortable home. Host Elizabeth was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate. Would stay again. Thank you.

Great Property

We loved this little house. We got there late in the evening. After a long drive all you want to do is get to the place and settle in. This was perfect. Easy parking, easy "fuss free" entrance on the key pad. Very comfortable beds.

Great winter getaway

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights while skiing at Powderhorn. The place was just as listed. Communicating with Elizabeth was smooth. The beds were super cozy and the kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely plan to stay here.

Perfect for a Palisade/Grand Junction Adventure

Our little Mesa home was perfect for the range of adventures we had planned for a long weekend. It was a great base camp to explore the Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, and exploring the Palisade wine country. The upstairs loft was great for our two younger children. We will definitely book here again for our western Colorado adventures!

Excellent Powderhorn Lodging

We absolutely loved this place! It was super cute, great location (only 10 min from slopes), and very well stocked—had everything we needed. Beds, linens, towels were all great quality. Owners did a great job renovating this old house and decorating it. They were easy to deal with and helpful. Highly recommended!
