Family-Friendly Touches: Small set of kid-friendly dinnerware (bowls and cups) makes mealtime easier, plus plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for groups.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer for guest use.
Entertainment: TV in every bedroom, cable and high-speed internet, plus yard games like cornhole.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home with the exception of the owner’s vehicle in the garage (not available for use). Two garage spaces are available for guest parking, with additional space in the driveway.

Every reservation of 27 days or less comes with one free ticket per day for one guest through our Xplorie program. Activities may include:

Location
This home is located in the heart of Mesquite, just minutes from 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. Las Vegas is about an hour away, and St. George, UT is only 35 miles. Guests can also enjoy day trips to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Zion National Park.

This is a new-build community, so some construction may be happening nearby during the day.
