Comfortable convenient home

We really enjoyed our three day stay. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all services, restaurants, entertainment etc. The Host/Owner was gracious and responsive with booking and answered questions promptly. We would stay here again.

Property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Only complaint is the soap bars are very small and weren’t in every bathroom. We contacted the management company and they dropped more off but I would bring your own. Would recommend!

Great location to stay for our softball tournament in Mesquite. 7 min from the field. The right amount of beds for our group and the main gathering area was very roomy. If we had more time the backyard would have been super fun with the outdoor eating area and putting green. Added bonus for us was the washer and dryer because our girls got dirty on the fields. Thank you for sharing your home.

Four Senior guys stay at 1313 Manchester in Mesquite 10/23-10/27/2023

Our stay at this house was a 3.5 out of 5. The check-in process was great and the check-out process was normal. Three of the men were 66 years old and the fourth was 65 years old, so we are possibly a bit more critical than a younger crowd. The house was overall in good condition, in a nice neighborhood, a nice garage to keep our mini-van rental car in, and convenient to golf courses, restaurants, and the two casinos in Mesquite. The issues were that the furniture in the family room is extremely outdated and very uncomfortable. The mattresses in 3 of the 4 bedrooms were way too soft and very uncomfortable. The three guys complained about how they did not sleep well and their backs were hurting. The only nice mattress reported to me was in the master suite. I stayed in the room with the twin beds. That bedroom definitely needs new mattresses and the decor updated. I did not sleep well while I was there and my back felt worse each day. The one television was not HD in the family room which was a huge disappointment and it would have been nice to have an HD TV in each bedroom as well. Also, "a nice to have" would be several additional hangers in the bedroom closets. If we come back to Mesquite, NV for a golf trip, we will not stay at this VRBO house again, unless the items that I mentioned were taken care of and in good condition. Thank you!

This was one of the best experiences yet from the check in to how surprised and clean this property was, as advertised fir sure, to the check out… the code entry keys used at this property was super secure but very easy to use, especially for a old guy. I will rent this property again!!

The home was spacious enough for 3 couples and 2 children. The layout was awesome. The backyard was great and fenced. The only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available. Other than that we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic home ,beautifully furnished. Would suggest adding tissues to the bedrooms, one more TV at least in master bedroom and different toilet paper which was of a very low quality. Having said that, I would absolutely stay again and would recommend the property to anyone.

Good house for a group to say

We rented this house for a golf weekend. It's the perfect size and number of bedrooms for a group of 4. It's up the hill from the highway with not a lot directly around it, but that was also nice to get away from the lights. Property managers were very quick to respond and easy to work with. My only watch out is that the Cancellation Fees are very very high so take a look at that before you book. But worked out for us for the long weekend.
