“The room that we had had a front and a back door if you went out to the back porch you had a great view of the creek which was very relaxing”

“The only spoiler for a perfect score was that I was not advised in advance of arrival that the kitchen did not operate on Mondays and Tuesdays. I was a late arrival and this was not welcome news. Fortunately, the desk supervisor pointed me across the street to a delightful Mexican restaurant and saved the day”

“The quilt is so dirty, some black dirty point on it.”

“Maybe you are disappointed about the hotel when you first see it. But when you go inside the room, you will be amazed.”

“I just want to know if they clean more better will be better. I just complain not in the clean.”

“Erin, at the front desk, knew that we stay there 4 times per year, every year- and found ways to recognize our loyalty. The room she chose for us was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she do special things for us but she also was demonstrating methods for enabling the Inn's owners to ensure future business. Every Holiday Inn needs at least one Erin!”
