「We loved staying here! There are 2 houses on the property, the main house with multiple units, and the house we stayed in that was completely separate and had 3 bedrooms. 「Had a great time at this property. We did not spend that much time inside due to it being a great location in the heart of the French Quarter. We were able to hang out late and easily walk back when needed. The host was very welcoming and invested in our stay. 「Great location and set up. Booked to stay with my team for a conference, and we were only a short walk from the show. The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. 」

「Highly recommend this place and property management company. Everything was spot on with what we expected and perfect for what we were in town for. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and appeared to be newly renovated. Unfortunately the weather didn't treat us quite as good while we were in with a cold front, however, even though it got colder than expected, we still made it work. Would absolutely stay again. Sitting a very short walk from Canal Street you have access to the French Quarter for daytime sight seeing, fun nightlife and great eateries. "The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
